Delicious tasting and great way to get vitamins
I’ve been exploring water enhancers and this ranks pretty high up here. It’s super simple to use as it should be, just open a pod and pour it in your water and mix. The flavor is nice, it’s not overwhelmingly orange but it cold have a little more orange kick to it. It’s a little tangy and it’s not very sweet so it’s not like your drinking orange Kool Aid. Now nutrient-wise, this is clearly a water enhancer and not an electrolyte replacement. It has respectable sodium levels, but it has no magnesium, no chlorides, and it has a token amount of potassium, and no added sugar (Good). It’s fine for a quick hydration drink, however I would avoid sipping on it throughout the day due to the presence of citric and malic acid, not great for the teeth. Price-wise, it’s an ask, but if you’re into trying new hydration drinks, give this a try.
These orange hydrating pods have a nice design, opening from the top for easy access. The suggested amount of water results in an okay taste, similar to diluted orange cough syrup. If less water is used, it’s very sweet and strong. I like them because they make me feel extra hydrated, especially when I forget to drink water.
I actually quite liked these. Very easy to use and mix, as it’s already liquid. I didn’t notice any unpleasant level of sugar substitute taste… which is something I tend to worry about. Good quality.
This was better than what I had expected. It’s a thin liquid inside of an individual pod, which is convenient for on-the-go, at work, etc. use. The pod is easy to open, and the liquid mixes well in water or another type of juice. I’m not sure if I noticed a significant difference in energy level, but it definitely is hydrating, as I found I was using the bathroom a little more often than usual. It tastes great, to be honest, and has a nice orange smell without being super overwhelming. It’s about a dollar a pod, but essentially, you’re turning water into a hydrating drink, much like other ones that cost $2-3 per bottle.
